This is our flat rate service for all your general home cleaning needs. We follow our checklist and guarantee completion and consistent results every time.
You know what you’ll pay. Time spent and cleaners on the job doesn't change your cost.

No emails, phone calls, or consultations required.
We do not know how long your clean will take. For flat rate cleans we set aside enough time in our schedule for the team to comfortably complete your clean without rushing.
Generally we try to assign enough cleaners on the job so that it takes 2-4 hours.

Moving Cleans

The moving clean is designed for unfurnished properties. It is a flat rate service and we follow our landlord approved checklist.

Flat rate means you know ahead exactly what you’ll pay. Time spent and cleaners on the job doesn’t change the price.
As a general estimate A moving clean can take 4-6 hours. This can change depending on the number of cleaners on the job and the size of the home.

Hourly

Our hourly service is ideal if you only want part of your home cleaned, don’t require the full checklist to be completed, prefer to make your own checklist, or want something outside of our categories such as after-party clean up.
We cannot guarantee that everything you want done will be completed within the booked time.
Hourly rate is $40 an hour plus tax per cleaner.
Minimum booking of 2 cleaners for 2 hours ($184)
Minimum booking is 2 cleaners for 2 hours.
The amount of hours and cleaners you can book will be limited to availability in the schedule.
The team will follow our general checklist as much as possible or you can make your own checklist. We encourage letting the team know what takes priority for you.
You may leave notes and checklists for the team at the time of booking, add them to your booking later through your account, or you can leave a note for the team in your home.

Prices and Booking

For the safety of our team we do not climb ladders, clean or remove mold, dead animals, animal waste, residue from smoking, excessive garbage or anything considered a biohazard or unsafe. We do not tolerate any behavior that makes our team feel uncomfortable.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time.

Add-Ons

Deep Clean

Recommended if you haven’t had a professional cleaning in over 30 days.
A deep down scrubbing of your home, includes windows, inside the oven and fridge, and inside bathroom cupboards.
Windows

Interior cleaning of the glass and tracks.
Inside Oven

A deep clean of inside the oven using specialty cleaners.
Inside Fridge

Remove weird smells and keep your food fresh with a deep clean of inside your fridge.
Inside Cupboards

A good clean and simple organizing of inside the kitchen cupboards and drawers.
Washing Machine

We refresh your washer with a run through of special washing machine cleaner and a thorough wipe inside and out.
Laundry

One load washed, dried, and folded using your washer and dryer.
