When you book your cleaning online, just tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have. The price covers everything on our flat rate checklist. It's a simple way to get your home clean without making a list or worrying about how long it will take.

You can cancel your booking online in your account or by email, text, or phone.
Please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled clean to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

Cleaning time depends on selected Add-Ons, home size, and cleaning needed. Typically, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom job takes around 2 hours.

We love pets! Please leave a note when you book to let us know to be extra careful with the front door.

You may enter your credit card information when you book or later in your account. You won't be charged until after the cleaning is finished.

A deep clean is suggested if it’s been more than 30 days since your last professional cleaning. It covers all aspects of a Regular Clean, plus cleaning the inside and outside of the fridge and oven, baseboards, organizing and cleaning bathroom cupboards, and windows.

You might not need your entire home cleaned. Some people only want their appliances or a few bathrooms cleaned. In this case, booking by the hour would be a good choice.
