  • Yes! You can create your own cleaning schedule, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Choose this option when you book or at another time through your account and your future bookings will be automaticlly scheduled for you. You may easily cancel anytime.

  • Yes, discounts are available for our recurring cleans:
    15% off for weekly
    10% off for biweekly
    5% off for monthly

  • When booking your clean online, you give us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. The price you'll see includes everything in our flat rate checklist.
    It's a quick and easy
    way to get a clean home without having to make a list or wonder how much time you'll be paying for.

  • You can cancel your booking through your online account or by email, text or phone call. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled clean to avoid the $50 cancellation fee.

  • No! You are never locked in to Tidy Hali. The only thing keeping you with us is your happiness with our service and that’s how we think it should be.

  • The time it takes to clean will vary based on Add-Ons selected, the size of the home, and the level of cleaning that is required. Most 1 bedroom 1 bathroom jobs take about 2 hours.

  • We love pets! Please leave a note at time of booking so we know to be extra careful when opening the front door.

  • You can securely add your credit card details at the time of booking or anytime through your account. Your card will not be charged until after the clean is complete.

  • If you are swept away by the Tidy Hali Team, tips are very much appreciated (but never expected). You may tip at the time of booking or you can log into your account and tip after the clean is complete. Leaving us a good review on Google or Yelp also really helps us out!

    Acknowledging exceptional service is important to us, please fill out the customer satisfaction survey sent out as a follow up to your clean by email.

  • Yes! If you prefer your own products or supplies just let us know in the notes section at the time of booking.

  • Add-Ons are extra chores outside of our general checklist that you’d like done around the house such as:

    inside cupboard

    windows

    laundry

    deep cleaning of appliances

    inside washing machine

  • A deep clean is recommended if you haven’t had a professional cleaning in over 30 days. It includes everything in a Regular Clean as well as the inside and outside of the fridge and oven, baseboards, an organize and clean of bathroom cupboards, and windows. See our full list of services here.

  • Maybe you don’t need your whole home cleaned. Some people just want their appliances deep cleaned, or a couple bathrooms done. In this case an hourly booking will meet your needs.

  • Yes! Log in to your account to make changes to your booking. Please do so at least 36 hours before the scheduled clean.

  • Yes, we are fully insured.
